The first "TUNAMI" opened up a new frontier in the world of power cables with its 5.5 sq. thick conductors for high power transmission and strict 3-layer shielding. Its aggressive sound and high performance were a shining monument in the history of power cables. However, in 2013, with the end of the supply of PCOCC-A conductors, the first "TUNAMI" was unfortunately discontinued. However, in 2014, its lifeline was passed on to "TUNAMI V2" with the precision conductor "102SSC". In order to inherit the concept of the first model, which was thoroughly examined, the structure of "TUNAMI V2" is inherited as it is from the first model. Please enjoy Oyaide's confident work that has been thoroughly polished with the precision conductor "102SSC" and has a new taste.
The new power cable "TUNAMI V2" inherits the basic structure of the first "TUNAMI" while adopting the precision conductor "102SSC".
The generous conductor cross-sectional area of 5.5SQ provides high power transmission of up to 30 amps with a voltage resistance of 600V and aggressive response.
The short pitch strand wire twisted with 1.15 times the usual tension eliminates random gaps in the conductor and suppresses sound quality deterioration due to line distortion.
The insulation material uses high molecular weight polyolefin that has an extremely low dielectric constant of 1/4 compared to PVC.
3-layer shielding with electromagnetic wave absorber/carbon layer/copper foil shuts out noise.
The sheath is marked with "TUNAMI V2" and "102SSC" to clearly indicate the V2 model.
