About payment methods

The following payment methods are supported by this site
◆Credit Card
VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and JCB brands are accepted for payment.
◆Google Pay
If you are using Google Chrome to view this site, you can pay using your Google Pay account.
Please select Google Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.
◆Apple Pay
If you are using an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari.
Please select Apple Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.
◆PayPal
You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account (account transfer) registered in your PayPal account.


Shipping and Handling
Shipping company : Japan Post・FedEx・DHL
Delivery time : Orders will be shipped within 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping cost : We ship all items with free shipping (excluding South America). If you have to pay the shipping cost, it will be displayed at the time of purchase.
[Standard] Shipping by Japan Post, DHL, FedEx. Tracking available, About 3-5 days to US.

Please note:

Import duties, VAT and other taxes, and fees associated with them are not included in the item price or shipping charges. You need to pay when the package is delivered.

About cancellations
◆We accept orders only before shipment.
Please note that we basically cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form.


Conditions for returns and exchanges
We will replace the product only if it is found to be defective or damaged in the beginning, if you contact us within 1 week after receiving the product.
We will pay for the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.
