■internal conductor
The conductor was annealed at low temperature for a long time to high purity OFCs, and the stress strain generated in the process of stretching copper was not changed rapidly, and the time was slowly removed at low temperature. This homogenizes the internal structure of the conductor to ensure stable transmission.
■insulator
The insulation material uses reinforced silicon rubber with excellent vibration absorption and mechanical strength. As a result, vibration due to instantaneous current load fluctuation is absorbed, distortion is reduced, and stable transmission is performed.
■StarCad adopted
By twisting 4 wires, low inductance is achieved and the magnetic fields generated from the cable are mutually canceled, greatly attenuating noise in the code compared to ordinary cables. The four internal wiring are each coated with a reinforced fiber (tetron) sri−ab to suppress resonance between cables, giving them excellent vibration control ability. In addition, the sleeve contains carbon to form a semiconductor layer to prevent static electricity from charging.
