The first generation ACROSS series appeared in 2006 in a revolutionary cross-insulated structure "C.I.S" with an air layer as a damper. The magnificence of its performance was recognized by all, and it boasted a series cumulative shipment of over 100,000 meters with the core of Oyayide Electric as a cable. However, the first generation ACROSS series will be completed in 2013 with the termination of PCOCC-A conductors. After many difficulties, we have created a "Precision Conductor #102 SSC" to replace PCOCC-A and commercialized the new ACROSS series using this conductor. And now the only remaining speaker cable in the ACROSS series "ACROSS 2000" will be upgraded to "ACROSS 3000" by "precision conductor 102SSC.
"ACROSS 300" introduces precision conductor "102SSC" and patented technology "3E Stranding" of Sanshu Electric Wire. The basic structure such as C.I.S structure, core-chial twin conductor, etc. inherits the first generation as it is, while upsizing conductor cross-section 1.5 times compared to ACROSS 2000(2.0sq⇒30.sq). This significantly reduces conductor resistance(0.84Ω⇒0.63Ω/100m). Further improvement of transmission capacity was realized.
