The PA-02 V2 series uses the precision conductor "102SSC", but the basic design follows the conventional PA-02. The cable structure is a traditional two-core shielded structure, and the world's first patented technology "3E twist" is introduced for twisting the conductor. "3E twist" is a patented technology that geometrically twists three different wire diameters to make the conductor dense, eliminating deterioration of sound quality due to inter-wire distortion. The insulator uses foamed PP (polypropylene) with a low dielectric constant, achieving reduced transmission loss by reducing electrostatic capacitance.

The PA-02 V2 is equipped with the precision conductor "102SSC" as the core conductor. "102SSC" is not a conductor that depends on the material.
The precision conductor "102SSC" uses only virgin copper that does not contain recycled copper, among the copper base material refined in Japan based on JIS C1011. With an emphasis on "electrical signals flowing on the surface of the conductor," 100% of the impurities on the surface of the copper wire are removed by mechanical peeling. The conductor surface is then smoothed to the utmost by drawing with a natural diamond die (Special Surface Copper). During this process, annealing is performed twice, thoroughly eliminating stress distortion within the conductor, achieving excellent conductivity (102.3% IACS). In addition, in order to maintain high-precision wire drawing processing accuracy within ±1μm, which far exceeds the standard error tolerance of ±8μm for the wire diameter, maintenance of the production line is carried out 10 to 20 times more frequently than usual.
