Vibration mode dispersion insulator made of high modulus carbon (high modulus CFRP).
Oyaide's insulator "INS series" has steadily expanded its lineup since the release of the vibration mode dispersion insulator "INS-CF" made of carbon + texalium in 2009. The idea that the INS series can be freely combined and customized to your desired sound quality has received overwhelming support from audiophiles, and its user base is expanding all over the world.
Even after production of INS-CF was discontinued due to difficulties in obtaining materials, we received many requests for its revival. In order to respond to these enthusiastic voices, we have begun developing a carbon insulator that will be the successor to "INS-CF." After repeated prototyping, we succeeded in developing "INS-CFX", a new vibration mode distributed insulator that exceeds "INS-CF".
"INS-CFX" is a completely domestically produced vibration mode dispersion type carbon FRP insulator created using Japan's advanced carbon manufacturing and processing technology. While inheriting the mass-distributed design concept of the first-generation INS-CF, it has taken a further leap forward and demonstrates outstanding vibration damping effects. Carbon FRP products are attracting attention as a high-strength material that can replace steel, but the quality greatly depends on the country of production and manufacturer.

Japan boasts one of the world's highest quality levels in the production and processing of carbon materials. "INSCFX" is particular about the quality of carbon, and as a result of repeated selection, we used domestic high modulus (high elasticity) carbon T700 and T300.
The inner layer is T700, which is also used as a structural material for aircraft, automobiles, and competition bicycles, and one layer each of T300, which has a slightly lower density, is used as the outermost layer on both sides. By dispersing the vibration modes, we succeeded in inheriting the high-speed sound unique to carbon, while achieving a flexible and glossy musical expression that cannot be obtained with a single carbon. All processing is done by a carbon specialist processing company in Japan.
30 layers are carefully layered one by one by skilled craftsmen. A high-pressure press eliminates voids (air pockets) that cause quality deterioration and achieves a uniform laminated structure. After heat curing, it is cut using high-precision NC machining. It can be used regardless of the front or back. It has a coin size of 20mm in diameter and can be fitted into "INS-BS". It has potential for further development of sound quality tuning. Not only can it be used as an insulator, but it can also be used as a tuning chip by attaching it to AV equipment.
