A new generation high-performance super telephoto lens that has achieved significant weight reduction
A super telephoto lens with a focal length of 500mm that achieves excellent optical performance and significant weight reduction. By using two fluorite lenses, we have achieved approximately 3090g, the world's lightest weight (2), approximately 790g lighter than conventional products (1). It uses fluorite lenses, ED lenses, and nanocrystal coats to achieve high optical performance that suppresses chromatic aberration and ghosting. The VR mechanism is equipped with ［NORMAL］ mode and ［SPORT］ mode.［ The image stabilization effect when shooting in NORMAL］ mode has achieved 4.0 steps (3) (compliant with CIPA standards).［ SPORT］ mode allows you to capture highly moving subjects with a stable viewfinder, such as sports. It also exhibits high AF tracking and AE stability due to the electromagnetic aperture mechanism during high-speed continuous shooting.
